- Invovling decision makers through setting up a board of directors and developing policy recommendations.

Vidéoscop was also a partner in eLene-EE (2006-2008), dealing with the economics of eleanring, and contributed in particular to the work on indicators of eLearning. http://www.elene-ee.net
