The Scuola IaD (School for Distance Learning; Scuola per l'Istruzione a Distanza; IAD) is a distance-education institution which operates within the physical University of Rome Tor Vergata, or Università degli Studi Roma Tor Vergata. Its first course was offered in 1998.
In 2005 it was estimated to have 5,000 students.
