The Hogeschool-Universiteit Brussel (HUBrussel, sometimes as HUB) supports e-learning through its LMS which you can visit here.

HUB is a University-College and is the result of the merger between Brussels-based colleges EHSAL, VLEKHO, HONIM and a university; the Katholieke Universiteit Brussel.

Its mission statement focuses on a uniform policy: vision, management and finances. Read the English mission statement in a Word document.

The institution’s main office is in Brussels, Belgium. 6 Belgian campuses are located in and around Brussels, while there is also one campus of business studies in Dubai (http://www.hubrussel.be/eCache/IEE/12/109.html).

The number of students amounts to 7000 (degree programmes) while the number of participants in postgraduate programmes and seminars amounts to 9500.

The Hogeschool-Universiteit Brussel web site is at http://www.hubrussel.be

HUBrussel is member of the K.U.Leuven Association. Its LMS doesn't seem to be Toledo though, which is being used in the K.U.Leuven Association.)

Next to being a member of the K.U.Leuven Association, HUBrussel is also active and participates in the Brussels Network of Higher Education (Brussels Netwerk voor Hoger Onderwijs).
