The Virtual European Banking School (VEBS) was selected in 2004 under the Socrates Minerva project. As noted in the project description:
- The proposal is dealing with creating the e learning model Virtual European Banking School. The outcome of the project will be the e-learning model, a web site, reports on cases of excellence, report on needs, and a shared e curriculum for banking diploma. The target groups are students at universities and banking professionals.
