To help shape the future of education and learning in The Middle East through innovative solutions.

Based on the concept of 'Total Quality Management' (TQM), e-TQM welcomes learners regardless of age, gender, position or education already attained. Undergraduate and postgraduate courses are offered purely online or via other distance modes (e.g. CD, vide or book); online classes may be either synchronous or asynchronous.

The e-TQM College was first conceived within Dubai Police force, and is now recognized by various global and European learning organizations as a key player in the Arab world.
