The International Business Academy (IBA) in Kolding, Denmark, is part of the International Business College (UBC), one of Denmark’s largest business colleges. 50% of its student population is international. E-learning has been utilised in IBA courses since 1996. Courses are now offered in both blended and pure e-learning modes, and may use both synchronous and asynchronous learning tools. Courses are delivered via Blackboard, though third-party products like Skype, Camtasia, Hot Potatoes, and others are used to augment the learning experience. IBA programmes have roughly 375 students enrolled.
