William Buller

William Buller has 20 years of experience implementing and consulting in information technology. Earlier in his career William focussed on design, development and deployment of large-scale systems and was a founder member of the PwC Change Management Practice. More recently, William’s work has been focussed on e-business strategy deployment, and the use of Web tools to realise business vision.

At Cisco Systems, Inc., he heads up the B2E solution across EMEA as part of the Inter-net Business Solutions Group. In this role he works with many of Cisco’s top 800 global customers to help them develop and realise their vision for Employee-facing Web tools within the context of their overall intranet strategy.

In the last few years William has presented widely on workforce optimisation and e-learning at conferences, delivered many customer briefings and benchmarking exercises, run workshops to build B2E strategy and worked closely with the Cisco Fi-nance, Human Resources, and Training & Development teams.


Recent news

William was still at Cisco in October 2007 and contributed to the book "The e-Revolution and Post-Compulsory Education: Using e-Business Models to deliver Quality Education" (edited by Dr. Jos Boys and Peter Ford) but there is no record of him now on the http://www.cisco.com web site.
