The ''Universidad de Zaragoza'' (University of Zaragoza, Saragossa University) is the only public university in the region of Aragón, [[Spain]]. It is the lead partner in the EC '''LAW & ICT Virtual campus project''' (LAW&ICT). Funded by the European Union, Lifelong Learning Programme 2007–2013, ref.: 133837-LLP-1-2007-1-ES-ERASMUS-EVC, the project is scheduled to run from 1/10/2007 to 31/9/2009.
 
LAW&ICT is considered a 'European Shared Virtual Campus' on Law and Information and Communication Technologies. It seeks to offer Europe-wide graduate- and postgraduate-level courses (and lifelong learning). Programmes in development among 10 European universities include an international Bachelor's in LAW&ICT, a Master's in LAW&ICT, and a Lifelong Learning Programme in LAW&ICT.
 
As stated in [http://www.lefis.org/app/vcampus/outcomes/inted2009.pdf the LEFIS report cited below], "the LAW&ICT Shared Virtual Campus encourages the mobility of teachers, students and professionals among countries, sharing knowledge about similar and divergent aspects in LAW&ICT."
