Ewha Womans University (Ewha) is a private women's university in central Seoul, South Korea. It is one of the world's largest female educational institutions. Ewha was founded in 1886 by the American Methodist Episcopal missionary Mary F. Scranton. It has roughly 20,000 students.

Ewha hosts the International Cyber University (ICU), whose goal is to promote understanding and awareness of Korean culture and history via course materials places online (in English). Currently established courses are Korean Studies and Women Studies. See also International Cyber University.
