As noted on their web site, the e-TQM College (e-TQM) vision is:
- To help shape the future of education and learning in The Middle East through innovative solutions.
Based on the concept of 'Total Quality Management' (TQM), e-TQM welcomes learners regardless of age, gender, position or education already attained. Undergraduate and postgraduate courses are offered purely online or via other distance modes (e.g. CD, vide or book); online classes may be either synchronous or asynchronous.
