The Lessius Toledo is accessed through the intranet. Before the merger, Lessius Hogeschool used QuestionMark.

Lessius is a member of the K.U.Leuven Association, a framework of in-depth cooperation between the University of Leuven and 12 university colleges. The K.U.Leuven Association is the largest of the 5 Flemish university associations that were created by the Flemish Government to meet the challenges of the European Higher Education Area. The association offers Toledo to all of its members.

It is also part of the University Network of the European Capitals of Culture (UNeECC), with a board member of Lessius.
