The Henan Radio and TV University (Henan RTV, HNRTVU) is an open university in Henan Province, China.
Henan RTVU was established in March 1979 and formed a broadcast and TV educational network with an RTVU campus at its center. As of 2001, there were 22 branch schools at the city level, 93 study centers at the county level, and 555 taught classes. Student are mostly working adults, taking courses at the vocational, undergraduate, and continuing education levels.
