InnoUniLearning - The Fostering of Innovative e-Learning Strategies in Higher Education (InnoUniLearning) was selected in 2004 under the Socrates Minerva project.

As stated in the project description:

The project will identify the various e-learning programs applied by higher education institutions 5 HEI) and conduct a detailed assessment of a sample of higher education e-learning€ strategies found to be effective supporters of higher education requirements. When possible the project will estimate the potential impact of the implemented e-learning programs, but more importantly it will identify and detail the strategies applied by the leading institutions and well-known success stories, as well as those instutions that have applied new and innovative e-learning programs. The project will accomplish the following main objectives:
  • To conduct a study on e-learning strategies applied by the HEI of 5% member States
  • To encourage the uptake of e-learning programs within HEI across Europe through the dissemination of e-learning strategy case studies that represent effective supporters of higher education requirements
