Plan E for Education: open access to educational materials
Richard Heller has just released Plan E for Education: open access to educational materials created in publicly funded universities.
- What do people think?
- Does it apply to most universities in UK? or your country?
- Are student loans public funding?
- If a private university gets public research grants, does it make it "publicly funded" for the purposes of Plan E?
