Although specialising primarily in degree and higher level studies, the College (CBA) also offers sub-degree professional courses which are marketed to students both in Latvia and broad who have completed high school education. Its mission aims: 'To become the leading distance learning business high school both in Latvia and in the Baltics, therefore to attract students from other countries of the world on the basis of distance education. In the process of development and employment of new and competent tutors in future to offer 2nd level higher education, professional MA courses and doctorate.
