Nebraska is a state in the mid-west of the United States. It borders South Dakota to the north, Iowa to the east, Missouri to the southeast, Kansas to the south, Colorado to the southwest, and Wyoming to the west.
The 2010 census records a population of 1.8 million in 93 counties. The state capital is Lincoln, and the largest city is Omaha. Nebraska is known as The Cornhusker State.
