The California Virtual Academies (CAVA) is a full-time, free online public school located in the US state of California. Private partner K-12 Inc. provides its curriculum, using both web-based lessons and other instructional materials (books, videos, CDs, and other resources) which are shipped directly to each student's home. Students spend no more than 20-25% of their time on the computer.
There are K-8 and high school programmes available. In 2011 CAVA had a graduating class of 365 students.
