GELC was created in 2004 with Sun Microsystems in order to improve education worldwide by offering students teachers and parents web content study and evaluation programmes. GELC was created in 2004 with Sun Microsystems in order to improve education worldwide by offering students teachers and parents web content study and evaluation programmes. The project focuses on developing ICT skills and imbedding it nationwide by offering teachers, students, and parents Web content with a free code source (study and evaluation programmes), combined with the best practices for improving academic achievement for students.
