The METID Centre (Centro METID) at the Milan Polytechnic (Politecnico di Milano) was founded to support faculty teaching innovation through the use of new technologies at the Milan Polytechnic in Italy. A recent count noted 40 employees.
Its full name is the Metodi E Tecnologie Innovative per la Didattica, or Methods and Technologies for Innovative Teaching.
METID oversees the design, development and delivery of the institution's e-learning both nationally and internationally.
