The Yunnan Radio & Television University (YNTVU), founded in 1979, is a provincial institution of higher education in Kunming, China. It primarily offers open distance education through radio, TV, textbooks, the internet, satellite and and other media. It is difficult to find information about the university in English. However, in 2005 it was reported to have some 120,000 students total, both remotely and on campus.
YNTVU is a member of ICDE and AAOU.
