InnoUniLearning - The Fostering of Innovative e-Learning Strategies in Higher Education (InnoUniLearning) was selected in 2004 under the Socrates Minerva project.

As stated in the project description:

The project will identify the various e-learning programs applied by higher education institutions (HEIs) and conduct a detailed assessment of a sample of higher education e-learning strategies found to be effective supporters of higher education requirements.
