The University of Waikato Online Learning service (Waikato Centre for eLearning, WCEL) provides support to University of Waikato staff for development and delivery of online and blended educational courses.
Established in 1964, the University of Waikato is a public university located in the city of Hamilton, New Zealand. Waikato has more than 13,000 enrolled students, including close to 2,200 international students from over 70 countries.
