As of Feburary 2009, e-TQM College has evolved into Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University.
As once noted on their web site, the e-TQM College (e-TQM) vision was:
- To help shape the future of education and learning in The Middle East through innovative solutions.
Based on the concept of 'Total Quality Management' (TQM), e-TQM accepted learners regardless of age, gender, position or level of education already attained. Undergraduate and postgraduate courses were offered purely online or via other distance modes (e.g. CD, video or textbook); online classes may be either synchronous or asynchronous.
