Etelberto Lopes da Costa holds a Degree in Marine Mechanical Engineering and received his post-graduate diploma in Education and Training Sciences. He trains trainers and e-trainers with focus on innovation and suitability. He is also a guest university lecturer in training and personal development.
Etelberto Lopes da Costa is an external evaluator of education and training projects with corporate and social intervention components. He has profound experience in coordinating innovation and development projects. He works as a training consultant in distance learning projects using the Internet and electronic components, in which he was a pioneer in Portugal and Brazil for Portuguese-language content.
