eTTnet - helping teachers and trainers to develop professional skills (eTTNET) was selected in 2001 under Erasmus Transversal Actions. As noted in the project description:
- The eTTNET (European Training of Trainers Network) project is trying to respond to specific measures for the training of teachers and trainers as defined within the eLearning Action Plan. In particular, the project aims to provide an important contribution to the professional development of European teachers and trainers in terms of competencies needed to design and implement eLearning systems.
Whether the eTTnet and e-Ttnet projects -- both selected by Erasmus in 2001 -- are related, is difficult to determine with a cursory glance.
