The Networked University (Norwegian Networked University, NNU in English; or Nettverksuniversitetet, NVU in Norwegian)
  • has members from all over Norway (universities and university colleges)
  • is an organ for professional collaboration in the field of flexible learning
  • has developed a manual concerning Quality assurance for online learning
  • arranges several professional forums every year where people from member institutions can contribute
  • has performed a survey of research activitiy and relevant conferences
  • Brochure (PDF)

Every year, NNU hosts a conference to promote good practice in internet-based learning across Norway.

NNU is a member of ALT (Association for Learning Technology) and EDEN (European Distance and E-learning Network).
