As noted on their web site, the e-TQM College (e-TQM) vision is:
- To help shape the future of education and learning in The Middle East through innovative solutions.
Based on the concept of 'Total Quality Management' (TQM), e-TQM welcomes learners regardless of age, gender, position or level of education already attained. Undergraduate and postgraduate courses are offered purely online or via other distance modes (e.g. CD, video or textbook); online classes may be either synchronous or asynchronous.
