Morten Flate Paulsen is CEO of Campus NooA and Professor of Online Education at Gjøvik University College in Norway.
He was President of the European Distance and E-Learning Network (EDEN) 2010-2013 and have been on the European Association for Distance Learning (EADL) R&D committee.
