Madhya Pradesh is a state in central India. It borders Uttar Pradesh to the north, Chhattisgarh to the east, Maharashtra to the south, Gujarat to the west, and Rajasthan to the north-west.
The population of Madhya Pradesh is 75.6 million over 50 districts according to the 2011 census. The state capital is Bhopal and its largest city is Indore.
