The Texas Virtual School Network (TxVSN) is a statewide web-based learning initiative designed to meet the needs of public and open-enrollment charter school students and educators located in the US state of Texas.

TxVNS is not a school per se and does not offer courses directly; courses are provided by "provider districts": Texas school districts, open enrollment charter schools, Education Service Centers and institutions of higher education. In turn, TxVSN "receiving districts" (student's home district) approve their students' TxVSN course requests, provide support and award credits and diplomas

TxVSN allows students access to "supplemental" content which may not be otherwise available.

TxVSN began offering courses for students in grades 9-12 in January 2009.

In its 2009-10 school year, there were a total of 4,459 semester course enrollments.
