The Oregon Virtual Academy (ORVA) is a full-time, tuition-free, publicly funded online public charter school, located in the US state of Oregon. It serves students in grades K-10 who reside in the state of Oregon. It is authorised by the North Bend School District, and partnered with the private K12 Inc for course provision.
There were 446 students enrolled in the 2009-2010 school year.
Students spend no more than 20 to 25 percent of their time on the computer in the early grades, and more as time goes on.

More Details
The programme is self-paced and flexible within the parameters specified by Oregon state law. The high school programme is a combination of self-paced work and scheduled lessons and activities.
ORVA students will be invited to participate in school outings and other social events.
