Kansas is a state in the midwestern United States. It borders Nebraska to the north, Missouri to the east, Oklahoma to the south and Colorado to the west.

The population of Kansas as of 2010 is over 2.8 million. The capital city is Topeka and the largest city is Wichita. Kansas is know as the Sunflower state.
