Specific VISCED templates

  1. Merged template - was used for manyVISCED country reports
  2. Merged template revised - to be used from 8 August 2011 for all VISCED country reports
  3. Supraregion template - used for Regions which are collections of countries
  4. Schools in Country template - not used now/yet
  5. Virtual school template - created 2 Sept 2011 - for discussion
