Tom Andre Levec, MA, has studied in the areas of Philosophy, Social Sciences, Discrimination and Human Rights and currently studying Social and Cultural Anthropology at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.  Has worked in the education sector as a teacher and researcher on distance education, virtual e-learning and the use of ICT in interactive distance learning in the third world.  Working with ATIT in the updating of the research results Already on this Wiki.  Countries I will be Researching on Include Australia, South Africa, Belgium (Wallonia - The French Speaking Region of Belgium), Turkey, The Common Wealth of Oceania and Ireland.
