The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila Open University (PLM Open University, PLM-OU) supports distance education and continuing education in the Philippines.
PLM-OU is part of the university known as Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM), which opened as a University College in 1967.
