The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila Open University (PLM Open University, PLM-OU) supports distance education and continuing education in the Philippines.
Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila translates into English as "University of the City of Manila", but there is no tranlated name for the university's OU.
