The Intercultural Open University (IOU Foundation, Intercultural Open University Foundation, IOU) is a distance learning institution in the Netherlands.
The Intercultural Open University Foundation offers educational programs which seek to meet the needs of working adults in a personalised, mentored educational experience (for postgraduate learners).
The Foundation functions as a charitable educational foundation for social change. It was founded in 1981.
