Prof. Tolly S A Mbwete is Vice Chancellor of (Open University of Tanzania) (Tanzania) and Head of the OUT Management Team there.
He is also an Executive Board Member of African Council for Distance Education (ACDE) as a representative of the Eastern Africa Region.
