The ''International Virtual Learning Academy'' ('''IVLA''') is a private school, serving students in Grades 3-12 worldwide through an online independent study program. It is located in the [[US]] state of [[California]]. Learning is completely online.

IVLA's mission is to provide an educational programme for any student needing an alternative path to graduation. Students include those taking advanced or additional courses to graduate early, those making up credits, and those who need remedial help. IVLA also serves students whose career focus or extracurricular activities interfere with traditional school attendance.

With permission from a local school, students may be enrolled in a regular school and IVLA at the same time.

IVLA awards a California high school diploma. The cost of four courses is $1,650 per year for grades 3-8 and $2,225 for high school.
