We have now filed an application for a charter to offer similar assistance to school districts across the State of Illinois (USA).<br /> <br /> I have been part of the University of Illinois MVCR program and earned the master online teaching certificate. Now, I am nearing the completion of an administrative certificate.<br /> <br /> My teaching experience includes online assignments with the University of Phoenix and Keller Graduate School of Management. In addition, I launched the University of Phoenix offering of its FlexNet program in the Chicago area.</div>
