He has 30 years experience in design and development of education and library / information management systems. He was Director of Strategy at FDI (now OCLC) and then Tribal Technology before co-founding Sero Consulting in 2004. He has directed two European Framework Programme projects for libraries as well as undertaking national assignments for Becta, HE Academy, JISC, SCONUL and SFC. He has been involved in the design of large scale library, archival and e-learning services for such as NARA and Ufi Ltd.</div>Pbacsich
