The HEI within this University College for Sciences and Arts has had and will pursue some interesting mergers: <br />
# The Faculties of Technology and of Industrial Engineering at campus De Nayer will merge with [[Lessius]] university college. <br />
# The former W&K Faculties of Business Economics and Applied Linguistics (Vlekho) and the Faculty of Business Studies (Honim) have been legally merged since October 2008 with the university college Ehsal and the [[Catholic University of Brussels]](K.U.Brussel).<br />
# The four W&K's Arts and Architecture faculties at campuses Lemmens Institute, Sint-Lucas Architecture, Narafi and Sint-Lucas Visual Arts intend to merge with two other arts faculties of the K.U.Leuven Association: the Media- and Design Academy of the Catholic University College of Limburg (KHLim) and the University College Sint-Lukas Brussels.<br />
