			Campus Global is a registered trademark of UPF, which was implemented in 1998-99 as a response to the incorporation of ICT into the research, education and administrative areas. The name covers both the intranet and the ''[http://www.upf.edu/uii/cg/ajuda/pdi_aulaglobal.htm Aula Global]'' or Global Classroom with intensive use of ICT in courses and programmes.
