In 2009, Skills For Business and the Business Development Unit, which organises Train To Gain and Apprenticeships, came under the banner of the Business Gateway. The following Autumn, both a collaborative bid with six local schools for £237,500 and a £40,000 MoLeNET Academy bid were successful.
