	Dr Nikitas Kastis has a First Honours Degree in Engineering and a Ph.D. in Financial Management and Project Evaluation. He has been Research Associate in the National Technical University of Athens, Lecturer in the Greek Air Force Academy and Visiting Assistant Professor in the Technical University of Crete. He joined the Lambrakis Research Foundation (LRF) in early 1992, being in charge of all its programmes and innovative activities, for the development and use of ICT-based applications in Education & Culture.
