The ''National College for School Leadership'' is a government-funded non-departmental public body (NDPB) in the [[UK]] which offers head teachers and school leaders opportunities for professional leadership development. It was set up in 2002.

NSCL is sponsored by the [[Department for Children, Schools and Families]] and has a primary remit for England, though its work has a strong international reputation.

In December 2008, NCSL's remit was extended by the government to include the training and development of directors and aspiring directors of children’s services. It will have a new name with effect from September 2009: the '''National College for Leadership of Schools and Children's Services'''.

It is based in a building on the Jubilee Campus of the University of Nottingham. It also has another site and a small office in central London.
