On 16 February 2011 Minister Lee Ju-Ho visited the Cyber High School affiliated with Kyungbock High School to deliver a congratulatory address at the school’s 35th commencement ceremony. <br />

He also held a meeting with the students, announcing plans for the trial establishment in September of an ''integrated cyber middle and high school for students who did not complete the middle school curriculum''. <br />
