	We have the best modern distance education equipment among all of the universities in the province. Our Computer Aided Instruction(CAI) software has won many domestic and international prizes. For example, the CD Rom of Longmen Grottoes produced by our university won the Cultural Encouragement Prize of The Ninth Prix Mobius International des Multimedias Contest in November, 2001. As of the end of 2001, the total occupying space of Henan RTVU adds up to 730,623 ㎡, the school buildings to 460,701 ㎡, the fixed assets to 252 million yuan, the teaching equipments & instruments are valued at more than 95.23 million yuan including 67.35 million yuan of electronic equipments & facilities and the books in the libraries number one million. Altogether Henan RTVU has staff of around 1970 teachers and administrators. Among them 231 are with senior academic ranks and 459 with middle academic ranks. 	In the 20 years since its construction, Henan RTVU has taught 230,000 college graduates in 150 specialities, and 38,000 graduates of polytechnic school in 40 specialities. Now with more than 100,000 students in our university, Henan RTVU has become one of the mega universities in the world.
