The ''Eenovate - E-Learning: a New Agenda for Universities from Candidate Countries'' project was selected in 2004 under the Socrates Minerva project.

:The overall objective of the project is the research and the validation of the condition for a policy transfer of an up to date model for client-focused university eLearning services based on European Union countries' experience and adapted to Candidate countries' need and specifics.
