It increases education options for "eligible military-connected students, assisting transitioning students by allowing them to take the classes they need, regardless of their location, and enhancing curriculum by providing additional resources to fill gaps, addressing needs for advanced academic coursework such as AP courses, and providing flexible in scheduling."
